COVID-19 Policy
For more than 15 years, 3 Alarms limited has been providing security for people, homes and businesses. Our priority today is to continue to protect our customers even with the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by the pandemic.
Keeping us all safe and still here to protecting 24/7
We are strictly following the guidance of Government and all our staff and colleagues are taking every necessary health and hygiene precaution to keep our customers and each other safe and to continue protecting you and your property 24/7 if our engineers have to enter you property we would ask you:-
- That we can maintain the 2 metre safe distance.
- There are no persons in your household, property or at site with COVID-19 related symptoms.
- There are no persons in your household or property that are self-isolating.
- Ensure there are no persons in your household, property or at site that are high-risk.
Please be assured that all our Engineers and vehicles will be equipped with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to face masks, hand sanitiser and gloves.
Corrective maintenance / Call outs
We are continuing with our call out repair policy and aim to give same day response (4hours) for urgent repairs. Call us as normal and we will respond as normal, We are responding to all alerts as quickly as we do in normal times.
Preventative maintenance/ Annual service
We have suspended annual servicing to ensure contact between staff and our customers to a minimum to help reduce the potential virus contamination, we have the support from the SSAIB in this, and as soon as its deemed safe, we will increase resources as necessary to bring all our servicing up-to date as soon as possible.
Can I still get a quote or a new alarm system?
Our web site has been updated and provides full visibility on pricing and specifications, for all new customers and also existing customers interested in a system upgrades, we can provide quotes either in person (using the above protocols as above), by telephone or a video conference call.
